Easy Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Use boxed lemon cake mix, lemon pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and fresh lemon juice for a moist and flavorful cake.

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan generously to prevent sticking.

Mixing

Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and well-blended.

Baking

 Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cooling

Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Glaze

 Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and a little milk to make a smooth, pourable glaze. Drizzle over the cooled cake.

Serving

Garnish with lemon zest and serve at room temperature.
