Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Whisk dry ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in lemon zest and vanilla.
Alternate adding milk and flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in blueberries with a spatula to avoid breaking them.
1. Divide batter into pans, bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool and frost between layers and on top.
